I recently started making cashew-coconut-oat milk that an acquaintance posted about on Facebook and then directed me to. It’s delicious, it foams and has a satisfying richness to it with a good amount of fat. (We need fat for brain health. My dairy preference for coffee is 18% or more, which helps mitigate the adverse effects of caffeine.)
I haven’t made it in a couple of weeks because I’m running low on ingredients.
